Orders & Deliveries

All orders received will be processed 7 days after clearance of funds.

If multiples of more than one item is required at time of adding items to your basket alter the Qty and update basket.

Please allow 28 Days for delivery. Our current delivery time is 14 days.

E-Mail response 

We always answer emails within 48 hours and have noticed of late a number being returned not delivered please make sure your email system can receive emails from hotmail.com msn.com & hotmail.co.uk and that your filter does not direct them straight into your junk file or we will not be able to contact you. I will always answer any enquires via email

On receipt of your order we will notify you of any items out of stock  with us and delivery dates to you. Out of stock items with the manufacturer there is a minimum of 28 days delay and you will be given the option of choosing another item or having a full re-fund on out of stock items only.

Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size from your order, you must notify Customer Service by email within 14 days of invoice date. After they have given you authorization for a return. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.

All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn/marked or damaged.

By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape. Special orders, custom orders or special sale items can only be exchanged for other merchandise. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.

Items must be received within 10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained, no exceptions. Plymouth Stockings  will credit your card or issue a store credit within 30 Business Days. Please note that you are responsible for all postage and handling costs when effecting a return.

The Plymouth Stockings  guarantees customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will do everything within reason to make it right for you.

Recorded delivery

All orders dispatched by recorded delivery, confirmation email will be sent same day of posting with tracking number for you to follow order delivery.

Discounts

All orders over £500 will receive 40% Discount delivery within the UK

Pricing policy

All prices can be subject to change without prior notice. All orders received prior to increase will be honoured.

Please check your orders on delivery for damages, wrongly sent items or shortages. Note any errors immediately by E-mail. Plymouth Stockings  reserve the right to refuse to accept any claim made on these grounds five days after delivery.

Prices

We try to bring you lingerie at low prices and are very proud to be able to offer lingerie at very competitive prices. We aim to keep them as low as possible but price changes are dependent on exchange rates, manufacturers increases and the prices shown within these pages are subject to change without prior notice. Our supplier has increased their prices this year but we are still able to bring you all the latest fashions at last years prices showing our commitment to you our customers.

Payments by personal cheque, Postal orders & Building Society cheques

Orders will be dispatched on clearance of funds into Plymouth Stockings  account. Delivery within 28 Days from dispatch.

Postal orders and building society cheques will be treated the same as direct card payments with you order being dispatched within 7 days and delivery within 28 days.

Personal Cheques must have card number Expiry date and three digit number on back of cheque. Goods dispatched 7 days after funds cleared.

Credit card details

Credit card details supplied to us by customers will not be saved or used for anything thing else apart from your order with Plymouth Stockings .  A copy of all debit transaction will be sent to you via email to confirm amount debited including transaction number from pay Pal.

No bank account, cheque or credit card

Send us postal orders weekly or when it suits you we will save them for you and when you have enough banked choose your item of lingerie via our E-mail and will dispatch your items within the terms and conditions of delivery.
